"The absolute worst. The way they run this place is atrocious. Ordered food & got pushed to the parking lot. Waited 40 minutes to get the food, along with 5 other cars, all waiting for their food, they kept doing drive through orders but IGNORED the orders done on the app. To top off the night, found a LONG black hair in one of the crunch wraps. This place sucks."

"Ordered online and picked up, it's Taco Bell, always good when you want a quick meal. Just wish they would make sure the orders are correct. If I ask for no sour cream please don't put it on there. So many times this has happened, also don't forget part of my order either"

"Not sure what has happened to this location. Come here often and never had an issue until recently. Steak quesadilla was a mess and half of it had nothing. Lobby was dirty. Will go to one of the Craig locations from now on. Review #2- Decided to give this location another try since I was close by and hungry. How has it actually gotten worse? Ordered a chalupa meal and Nacho fries. They forgot the chalupa and the Nacho cheese cup was about 1/4 full(pic added). I take partial fault for not checking the bag until I got home. First time, they just made my meal bad. Second time, they're actually ripping me off. If you decide to come here, check your order before you leave. Or just go to the location on Lamb and Craig. Never had a problem there."

"Very bad customer service. I asked for an empty glass so i could get some water. I have been waiting for food for about 25 mins now. The manager gave me attitude and didn't let me finish my sentence that i need some water please. I am never coming back to this location."

"Are you kidding me Taco Bell??? Doritos Tacos with a few shreds of cheese. Shame on you Pepsi/Yum brands for the poor quality of the food you allow to go.out of your restaurants. A billion dollar company should be able to do.better."
