"Eric the new manager that took over is the best thing to have happened to this restaurant. Every time I come in I get greeting by him specifically and the staff looks so happy to be there. Carrie the bartender always stops by to say hi and the food is amazing. Ramon gives me extra pretzel bread and I always get a bottle of Justin and have the steak tartare. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!! You MUST try!!! Go Tuesday through Saturdays to meet Eric the general manager."

"Christmas Day dinner for 4. Great service, very good food. Lobster Ravioli pasta was a little thicker than I make and didn't have much filling, but the sauce was fantastic. Both Porterhouse steaks cooked to perfection as ordered. Side dishes delicious and plentiful to share. The Xmas menu shrimp was as big as the plate!"

"The Charcoal Room accommodated our large group by reserving the back room for us. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and professional. I ordered the roasted chicken and it was delicious. Others in the group ordered everything from burgers to steak and also agreed, simply delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and presentable."

"Our first time in here, English couple in their 50s. Came in early when the place was nearly empty. Pleasant staff, I ordered a pineapple mojito for the wife. Menu had plenty of choice. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp (SUPERB!) and the French Onion Soup (VERY GOOD) for starters. We ordered a ribeye and a fillet for main with a side of a loaded potato with mac'n'cheese. The whole meal was awesome. We were not rushed and had time for a second cocktail. The price was about what you expect from a Vegas Casino steakhouse, but the value for money was great as I have had worse meal for more money. We would happily return here and recommend this place highly."
