"Update 3/20/24 We have been here many times. The first time was a little rough service wise, but we talked to the manager who took care of us and explained the corporate changes that led to the issues. But they fixed it, and since then it has been amazing. We come about once a month right now for the special on Wednesday. Everything is so good, and it has become a regular favorite. Lobster Flatbread is awesome - sprinkle with lemon for an extra dose of amazing!"

"I love coming to this location . Alexis is a great host, from her service to personality. Just about every waiter/Waitress I have encountered here gets tipped well because their service is On Point. Management is always visible too instead of other restaurants where they just hide somewhere here they greet you with a smile,pass by tables to see how guests are doing making this specific Red Lobster one of the bests I've been in the nation. I prefer it over the ones back home in NYC. Owners please keep your staff happy because they alone can keep business retention for their amazing service and should be commended."

"First time I have gone to a Red Lobster on Valentines that was actually great. Allen and Eduardo”Ed” are the bar tenders and they were GREAT! My mojito was great the atmosphere was great and the service was impeccable. I will definitely return."

"Half way through eating my food I start noticing more and more green and black spots on my crablegs…. I went back to make a complaint and the manager offered a refund but also he trying to convince me that this is how crab legs look when cooked and that’s untrue in my entire life I’ve never experienced this before now when eating crab legs. Mind you I just wasted my time and money ubering back and foward to this restaurant….. I’ll never eat here again and I do not recommend anyone eats here. UPDATE: I ordered my food at 11:am as soon as they opened and it’s now 3:30 I’m So sick…. I googled those particular spots and that’s considered spoiled and now I have to see a doctor possibly if this sick doesn’t pass through my stomach I’ve been In bed really queasy and my stomach hurts so bad . I haven’t ate anything else today literally waits on them to open so I could enjoy seafood and they’ve literally left the worst taste in my mouth and I had the absolute worst experience with seafood I DONT EVER WANA RIDE PAST THIS RAUNCHY LOCATION AGAIN Update: this is the absolute worst customer service I’ve had in my entire life it’s been over a week still haven’t received my refund support from this place is trash they supposed to have reached out to me I followed through with all I needed to on my end and still have yet to receive relief….. I tried to do this the nice way but now I’m going to have to take this into a different direction because they won’t refund my money"

"My recent visit to Red Lobster was a bit of a rollercoaster. I was initially upset when our waiter, provided incorrect information about the unlimited shrimp. However, I must commend the manager for promptly addressing the issue and approving our request for a change in our order without hesitation. When the waiter returned to serve our food, he did seem agitated, which made the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable. Despite this initial awkwardness, he continued to deliver our dishes promptly and efficiently. As time passed, it was evident that his mood improved, and he became more pleasant. The saving grace of the evening was undoubtedly the delicious food. Once we were able to enjoy our meal without any further disruptions, we found the shrimp dishes to be tasty and satisfying. While the experience had its ups and downs due to the misinformation and initial tension with our server, the final impression was more positive, thanks to the manager's intervention and the quality of the food. I hope that Red Lobster can ensure that all staff members are well-informed about their promotions to prevent similar issues in the future and maintain a consistently pleasant dining experience."
