"Our Vegas trip was completed with a great breakfast and amazing service by Barbara. She served us with a smile, food order was perfect even with all the changes. Barbara is a treasure on Fremont"
"There are times when you want an all-American breakfast, and Denny's is THE place to go. The Denny's on Fremont Street in Las Vegas is no exception. I was promptly seated at a large booth so I could open my laptop and check work email. Vesaun, my server was a delight! From bringing my first mug of "wake up juice," to menu suggestions, to bringing me an individual pot of coffee refill, this location is doing it right. Five Stars to Vesaun and the rest of the Fremont Street staff!"
"By far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Denny’s. When we first waited, the host made us wait over 40 minutes for a table of 7, and refused to seat us all together. 2 times she called us a party of 4 and said she’d have to separate us, until finally they sat us all together. Then when we got to our table, the server Versaun P. was blatantly rude and flat out discriminating against us the entire time we were dining there. We were 4 senior citizens and 3 adults, and we all saw as she gave the other tables around us great service, but didn’t even do the bare minimum for us whatsoever. We asked for refills on coffee and she refused, and only when her other tables got coffee refills did she stop by and give us whatever was left. We asked for more coffee creamer and she never brought more. We asked another server that was walking by if she could give us some coffee and she responded “I’m not your server” and walked away. We asked for no salt or seasoning on the redskin potatoes as the elders aren’t able to, but they came out with a lot of salt and seasoning. We mentioned that we had asked for the redskin potatoes with no seasoning or salt and she didn’t listen nor replace them. We all personally felt and saw that Versaun was discriminating against us, and we don’t know why. She was nice to all other tables except for us, and she was doing these really rude gestures and comments at the table towards us that made us feel really unwelcome. Around halfway through our breakfast we had another person wanting to join us from our group to eat, but they refused stating that the eagle was only for 7, so he had to order to-go. To top it all off, one of the senior citizens dropped one of his pancakes and we asked her if we could get one more please, and she didn’t bring us the replacement until we were leaving. We’ve been to many other Dennys in the area and out of state as well, but our server Versaun P. showed us extreme discrimination, racism, and terrible customer service that we’ve never experienced before."
"Some of the best pancakes and scrambled eggs I’ve had in any restaurant anywhere. I love both the buttermilk pancakes and the multigrain pancakes. The scrambled eggs were fluffy with lots of cheese. Every time we come to this Denny’s we love the food and the service; the people are awesome, they get right with you. They check with you and they’re friendly."
