"It was right off the freeway and I wanted to grab something quick before I started work. I should have known when there wasn’t a line and the smell of homeless people that I should have just turned around. I spent $12.86 for a frappe, hash brown, and sandwich. I should have checked the bag but again I didn’t want to be late to work. Well I didn’t receive my sandwich, just two cold hash browns. Already at work so I can’t even go back!"

"This McDonald's is the slowest McDonald's in the City of North Las Vegas, Nevada. They are lucky that I am not the General Manager. I have been known to terminate an entire McDonald's Restaurant Staff when I was a part of the McDonald's Management Team. I have little to no tolerance for employees who do not give 110% while they are at work. My Drive Thru at my Store was never ever this slow, and my Store was pretty much accurate 90% of the time as far as customer orders go.. The reason why I say 90% of the time is because no store is ever 100%."

"we called to ask if the lobby was open and they said yes, we ordered food for pickup. we show up and it’s under construction. And one of the employees comes out and tells us they can’t do nothing about a pick up orders. Homegirl was rude as hell and that’s not the first time shes been rude."

"Walked in with wife & grandkids. Restroom was locked, so I thought it would be cleaned. After asking for the key to enter restroom, the Counter person buzzed me in. Bathroom was disgusting! The one urinal was out of service and the one stall was Gross AF, after having to deal with that restroom, The Young male at the counter was completely rude to my wife! I have no idea what the weekday crew is like, but the weekend Crew and leadership needs more training!"
