"visited last night at 7:30pm. I bought Subway which is in the same building and the counters are connected. After ordering my sandwiches I told the man that I indeed wanted some donuts. There were donuts out in the display case. He told me that Winchell's was closed and I couldn't have any. All after when I entered the building he asked if I wanted Subway or Winchell's. I said I wanted both. I was so disappointed and confused because why are there donuts out and they being closed and him asking me if I wanted some donuts too. I laughed because I thought he was joking but he said he was serious. It was my birthday treat and I didn't get my donuts. AND he complained to me that when I ordered online I didn't leave him a tip! Bad business all around. The sandwich was as also bare. They were basically bread sandwiches that he pushed down on so hard when he wrapped them. I ordered two sandwiches. Both were bad. Ugh. The pictures show my Foot Long Oven Roasted Turkey with extra onions and olives. I received only one end cut slice of tomato as well. smh"
"I ordered 2 one foot sandwiches on the app with different ingredients. They didn’t toasted or ad chipotle sauce like I requested. The rest it was fine."
"horrible place! i go in while there is a long line and i noticed that there’s only 1 person working?? this young boy is working alone and looks very tired. Why does the manager allow this!? I bet she doesn’t even help or show up. I asked the young boy if he atleast rests on his weekends and he tells me no he works alone? What kind of manager would do this?? I bet she rests on the weekends, horrible manager, she needs to lose this job she’s horrible at!"
"Appearantly, most of the healthy options have been replaced by marinara and double the cheese as the sandwiches I tried to order in store (dietary restrictions) were no longer available. You think they would tell someone instead of insisting on building the wrong sandwich, but I can see why as oven roasted chicken breast sounds like exactly like sliced turkey. I paid for my plain, high sodium sliced turkey sandwich that I could not eat, and gave it away to someone who could. You've lost a customer."
