"Café Rio doesnt do Great when it comes to vegetarian choices but if the person who’s serving you really serves it up with amazing goodness it makes it so much better, Oscar was not only super fun to just be around with his high energy, but he created the most perfect vegetarian salad that I’ve had a Cafe Rio and I eat here pretty often. Thank you Oscar!"

"Very disappointing. This exact restaurant used to be our go-to favorite and it was clean, the staff was friendly and portions fairly large. Not anymore. Younger kids working with little to no personality who don't seem to like their job much, and spoke so softly we had to make them repeat everything. Nobody making fresh tortillas, the entrees were really small. When we asked for cilantro, they slapped a few stems on top and looked at us like "is that good?" Didn't even chop it up. They acted put out that they had to go get onions because none were out already. Enchiladas were cold inside and we had to ask to heat it up, but they couldn't so they had to make a fresh order. The mint limeade was not very lime flavored at all. The tables were sticky and needed to be wiped down. Overall a disappointing meal we were really looking forward to having."

"Food is always delicious, of course. However, the staff today was horrible. Ether they didn’t get enough rest last night or they were high. The two girls in charge of preparing the food and handling the cash register, did not want to be there. I get it, we all hate our jobs. It is not my fault that your job is packing burritos, so it shouldn’t be my problem, that seems fair, right? I wasn’t asked what type of tortilla I wanted, asking questions and not listening for the answer. I almost wrote down vegetarian on a piece of paper…the girl asked me like 4 times what meat I want, then looked at the wall and didn’t hear. What happened today???? Usually your establishment is amazing when it comes to customer service. Today it was a disappointment. Do better and stop getting high at work. P.S. - Please don’t just copy paste the same “ Thanks for taking the time to share this feedback with our team, Linda. We want every meal to be a masterpiece and hope to provide you with a better experience next time.” If you don’t want to take the time to address this, don’t reply to the comment."

"We come here often and we usually have good experience. We usually come in a little late night so they are not as busy. We love the sweet pork burrito, enchalada style with extra cheese, and their horchata. My little one loves their salad. The last time we came here, one of the staff was very and very helpful. 1 less star for the lady in the line that prepares the food initially, not very friendly and seemed irritated when we asked her if we could get extra meat. Overall, we'll be back since it was a good day ❤."
