"Solid 4 Stars. Our server was Michael, and he was professional and nice. Beautiful ambiance and good for large parties. Food: Rib Eye Steak Asparagus Baked Potato Lamb Chops Short Rib House Chopped Salad Tempura Rock Shrimp The steaks and lamb were cooked perfectly. Asparagus was an added touch. The least favorite was the creme brulee and baked potato, but my favorite, in which I returned the next day to eat this dish again, was the Tempura Rock Shrimp. On my 2nd visit, I ordered a House Chopped Salad and that was awful. I had to return it because it was overdressed. Overall, the service was good, and the food was delcious. I would definitely return again."
"My family and I were in the mood for some steak and was searching around the city for a restaurant that we haven't tried yet and stumbled across this one. We enjoy coming to The Orleans once in a while because this property has sentimental value to our family. We ended up making a reservation online and was enthusiastic about the time we were able to reserve at such last-minute. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the hostess. We ended up having to wait about 2 minutes before being escorted to our table because we arrived way early than our reservation time. Regardless, I was appreciative that we were able to get seated earlier, rather than later. The service here was remarkable; from the moment we walked in, to our main server. With respect to our entrées, we ordered the Lump Crab Cake, Beef Rossini Imperial, Steak Frites, and Bone-In Ribeye Steak. Everything that we ordered was great except for the Ribeye. I don't know if my taste buds/palate was inoperable for me that night, but the steak quality wasn't there for me. I'm not certain if this restaurant utilizes premium cuts, but it had the texture of "Choice" meats, vice Prime cuts. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't awful by any means - I still finished my entire meal...but it just lacked the quality cuts I'm used to at other steakhouses in the Las Vegas-Summerlin-Henderson areas. The prices at this restaurant is very reasonable. I'm sure there will be some that complain about it, but if you actually visit other steakhouses in the valley, believe me, you'll appreciate the prices here. Overall, this restaurant is good; from the décor, the price-to-quantity/quality value, and the service, it is worth visiting. I'm interesting in visiting again because there were a few items on the menu I would like to try. I recommend this restaurant to everyone."
"Went to the New Orleans to see a movie and tried this steakhouse beforehand. Food and service were good. Liked the atmosphere. Wasn’t very busy for a Friday evening. Didn’t expect to find this steakhouse at the New Orleans."
"I've been going to the Orleans for years and can't believe I waited so long to try them out. Food was delicious! Service was great! Crab cakes appetizer is a must!"
"Although we were asked what they could help us with rather than how many for your table (likely due to the fact that it was me and 3 teens dressed in hoodies and shorts), the atmosphere in this place was devine and our server (Mark F) was superb! He was extremely mindful of my little ones for allergies and made sure to point out what she should not eat down to the bread. The food was a bit pricey but it was a wonderful experience and next time I'm getting desert!"
