"This place is great if you really want authentic soul food/ Southern food. The food is absolutely delicious. The desserts are absolutely amazing. The people are wonderful and I love the service. The prices are a little high, but for the portion you get it all balances out and it's well worth it. Warning: The Pandora burger is massive and it will fill you. It's potentially 2 to 3 servings and worth every single penny. Come hungry, you won't be disappointed."

"Ms. Mae greeted my family like royalty. My experience with her started with a phone call a couple of days before, then she opened the door at 11 a.m. and greeted us with hugs and made us feel at home. This is a hamburger shop, so it made it easy for everyone in our large party to walk up to the counter, order their own food, and pay for it right then and there. The food was great, and Ms. Mae sang Happy Birthday to the two men we were celebrating. We did not expect it. Everything was spontaneous, and Ms. Mae just went with the flow. "This place was empty, even waiting 20 mi minutes outside to see if anyone else would show. Not a soul... I had the Bacon Cheese Burger, and was actually very good. There is nothing special about the fries, only the they came straight out the bag. The price was way out my range for a Burger and fries the DOES NOT INCLUDE A DRINK. Will i go back? Not on a regular basis. The food is good (except the fries), but not worth the price.."
