"Manuel, our delivery driver and Robin, our customer service rep both get 1 million stars a raise bonus and paid vacations they were both that good! my son gave me the wrong apt number which made the delivery hard for Manuel, but he was very patient and kept looking until he got the right apt number God love him! And Robin was so helpful in connecting the 2 of us up so I got my food.. both these men do deserve raises and bonuses for the great work they did and for putting up with me who was upset at first. My apologies to Manuel for not being as patient as he was. Please make sure they both get 1 million stars a raise and bonus and paid vacations they both deserve it and they both were that good! AMN"

"I asked for a sample, they don't give samples, they said because of Covid, yet they had multiple unclean tables. I asked for fresh honey walnut shrimp, he said it would be a while. Yet as soon as we sat down they put out fresh honey walnut shrimp. I asked for our table to be cleaned, and the guy scowled at me. First and last visit!"

"Went in a couple days ago with my partner and both got double teriyaki chicken. While we were watching the guy chop the chicken, he was putting some of the pieces into a different steel bowl. After he gave us our food, I asked why he was separating the chicken. The guy said those pieces were raw, so he discarded them to the side. The only problem is that he continued to use the same spatula, cutting board and knife he just used to cut through raw chicken to cut into and serve the rest of the chicken. I specifically brought this up to the manager as well, and their solution was to simply give me new chicken cut with the same utensils on the same cutting board from the same batch of chicken. We asked for a refund and left and will likely never go back considering even the manager doesn’t understand clean food practices. Also, they ran out of small cups and forced us to buy a medium cup for soda instead of charging us for a small when I asked for that and handing us a medium cup. We are talking fractions of pennies in soda that they’d be losing because they ran out of small cups because that’s the right thing to do. But here we are."
