"Other pharmacy techs in this location are really well mannered compared to Pharmacist Jin who hanged up on me when I asked about the price of a medication, then upon seeing her in person, worse demenour. Should get a different job if you hate this one so much"

"Pharmacy needs to replace the tech who deals with customers rudely. Asian lady with strong accent. I've dealt with her several times and she doesn't understand English. She puts down the phone and walks away without telling me ro hold; then asks others how to solve my question. She seems untrained and rude every time. She doesn't know how to do customers service and is difficult to deal with. She seems to know nothing about Walgreens Pharmacy."

"This review is for the pharmacy…just about everything is inaccurate and subpar. They need to hire competent personnel or close. I left after 2 encounters and transferred to a different location. . I wouldn't trust this location for generic aspirin and Im just about ready to leave Walgreens altogether."

"Of course it’s the pharmacy! Are they trained to be literally the worst people on the planet or is that just a bonus? Every time I call, I hold FOREVER and someone pick up and throws me right back into the queue, they repeat that once or twice, then they hang up on me. Happens EVER SINGLE TIME! I can’t believe they get away with treating people the way they do. Clearly nobody cares! I had to visit the pharmacy and I was dreading coming to this one because I had such a terrible experience before, however Cody restored my faith! I watched him clear the entire line basically by himself as others were stuck with customers. He had a very pleasant attitude and he was working super hard. He did so good that I had to come back and change my review, which I have NEVER done. Thank you so much for being professional and so hard working! Cody deserves a raise lol."

"Not surprised the reviews on this place are so bad and to us it came mostly from the pharmacy. The staff in there including pharmacist are terrible and hateful, unprofessional to customers. We switched to another pharmacy because of the pharmacy staff here. Even the manager thought they we okay but look at all the bad reviews and maybe they need a new manager too!! I think fire them all and replace everyone. That is how rude this place is. Bathrooms are filthy BTW. I wouldn’t want to go in there to buy an aspirin. Avoid this Walgreens."
