"If you go inside you have to order on a kiosk. I don't know if this is the way it's going to be but I would rather pay a bit more to have an employee take my order. The seating area needed a good cleaning."

"The order I gave at the speaker was different than the one the women repeated at the window. I corrected 1 item and she closed the window before I could ask her about the other items then when she opened it again she said I should have told her before. The women has a HUGE attitude. I checked my food and of course an item was missing eventhough I paid for it, luckily I was still sitting at the window. Then the women told me I should have gotten food next door becoming there wasn't a line, if I was the owner/manager I wouldn't tolerate that behavior. Losing customers because of your staff attitudes or because they say the customer should go somewhere else because they don't want to deal with them, that is bad business. I will be going to the location down the street going forward."

"Don’t know what Erika N problem was today. She was very rude to my husband while he was trying to be friendly. She was very poker faced and was ignoring my husband. At one point my husband tried asking for extra dressing, she aggressively discouraged our request because she would have to charge us extra. We were fully aware we would be charged extra, we simply just like more dressing. When it came to being handed our meal, my husband wanted to ask about the operating hours. Instead of being answered she slammed the drive thru window in his face. Can someone please remind her that attitude is not appreciated by customers."
