"Not sure this is the Panera I went to. Sorry if it's not. I don't live in Nevada. People nice. Food so so. The bread is tough and chewy , the turkey chili very bad.. I sampled it only. Coffee depends on who makes it. Too expensive. A cookie for 3 dollars. As bad as Starbucks pastries. Employees nice. Problem: someone stole approximately 10 dollars off my gift card, and well they just don't know what happened, so because their employees or someone may have more need than a woman living on the street while trying to get home with no access to money, I gave them the bonus card . A customer bought me that gift card. It came with the 10 dollar bonus card. Although I don't eat everyday, I assume their employees or someone else needed that food more than me. How sickening they did nothing to fix it. Nothing. The male manager had a grin. I hate Nevada. Got class ?"
"Waited a long time for my order of soup and a sandwich and smoothie. Soccer team came in 15 minutes after me and they all got their order first. Very very poor organization and management. Two people taking orders very few people filling them."
"I don’t know what happened to this location but a year ago it was great. Maybe an off day but the sandwich I received was awful. They were sold out of everything on a Saturday afternoon also. The employees are nice and I feel bad for their working conditions. They looked stressed. Food has gone downhill unfortunately. Burnt sandwich, very flat and barely anything in it."
"Very disappointed. This location was extremely disappointing. I ordered 4 large Mac n cheese and came home with 3 smalls that were only half filled and 1 large. I called because I understand stuff happens and when I spoke with the manager she stated “ that’s weird cause I saw them take all 4 containers out and they were the same size” it felt as though she was calling me a liar based off of her tone and what she implied. My family was looking for a quick meal before we headed to the strip for a concert. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back so I asked if she could reimburse me or if there was anything else she could do. She eventually said I could come back another time and they would remake them. After spending $45 I was extremely disappointed and I felt that I could have been spoken to in a more professional manner or like maybe it was their mistake and I’m not trying to get over on them, I wasn’t looking for any special treatment just an understanding and a solution. Usually really pleased with Panera but unfortunately it was not a good experience this time. I have included the photos of the different sizes and the half filled containers just so if she happens to reads this it may provide some credibility to a situation she doubts."
"I went to the Lake Mead Location yesterday, and I attempted to use the kiosk - I completed the steps twice before I was told that something in my order is no longer available, but it wouldn't tell me WHICH part so I ended up ordering at the register. I was given the wrong soup, and the wrong bread, a whole grain white instead of a white. When I complained the manager made it seem like I should be GRATEFUL to have received the wrong bread to have save .74 c. She offered to throw the bread away and give me a refund. It was the only smaller size bread left in the store. I certainly wasn't offered a 'free treat' for BOTH orders being wrong. I ordered a chicken noodle soup and received a wild rice chicken soup. That location is also never as clean as it should be. I already tried out kneaders, maybe time to try out Zuppa's. Panera is falling apart. They obviously don't care about their customers anymore. Corporate may, but not the stores."
