"The quality and experience in this place has dropped dramatically post pandemic. No more all you can eat specials. No salad bar. They were out of crab legs? C'mon man! We were there almost 30 minutes before or server took our order. When the food came out, the order was incorrect. By the time it was fixed, we pretty much had to get to go boxes for half of us as we were just done. I used to go to Hush Puppy regularly and once loved the place. I think it's safe to say we won't be back."

"We haven’t been to Hush Puppies in several years, so we were so excited to bring our daughter to experience the all you can eat Fried Catfish, Sweet Hush Puppies and salad bar. The first shocker was the parking lot was extremely empty. It went downhill from there. The outside was indicative of the inside (empty with just a couple patrons). My daughter immediately said let’s leave “there’s no one in here.” We should have listened to her. We looked at the menu and it was nothing of the past. Gone was the salad bar and all you can eat. We still decided to order food. We ordered the Catfish and shrimp creole, Cajun pasta with shrimp and Fried Chicken and fries. The food was TERRIBLE and BLAND. The catfish actually tasted like Swai instead of Catfish. They also had no chicken thighs or Mac and Cheese. Our waitress knew we didn’t like the food when she saw our plates were still full and we didn’t want to take it with us. We will never go back unless they return to the original menu and recipe. The new owner ruined a good thing. I wished I’d read the recent reviews before going."

"Everything was wonderful!! It's been some time since I was last here but it is still wonderful. The server Ava is so friendly and helpful...very refreshing. I had the blackened catfish and it was marvelous. The fish comes on a bed of rice pilaf and green beans plus you get either salad bar or coleslaw. I had cole slaw...very good. And you also get your choice of side...I had red beans and rice....awesome. Give Hush Puppies a try..you won't be disappointed."

"We decided to have dinner here on a whim. Monday evening 6ish pm. Upon arriving, the host informed us that the wait time to be seated would be 30-45 min. And another 30-45 for our food after ordering. They only have one waiter and one cook and a busser. The hush puppies are good! Chicken cajun pasta was delishes, recommended by our waiter. We also had the surf & and turf. The steak was cooked perfectly well. Got two clusters of crab legs good. Collard greens where delishes as well. Our waiter was Charlie, and he went above and beyond! Made sure we had drinks and hush puppies while we waited for our dinner. He brought over a slice of pecan pie, and it was delicious!!! Despite the wait times, we enjoyed our dinner."

"We got there at the end of the night and the server dude (charles i think his name was) was great . He was by far the best waiter i have came across while in vegas, he made sure we was comfortable and pleased with what we ordered. I will definitely go back just because of the service, but the food was good also, ribs where kinda tough, jambalaya was salty but overall great experience. Thanks guys"
