"Poor management. Service staff very nice. But the manger is not doing there job by keeping track of inventory. Didn't have lids for large cups. Soda machine was not in full function. Didn't have some of the items of the menu in stock either."
"The last three times I've pulled into the Burger King Drive thru the staff refuses to serve me. The night staff obviously decides what time to close now. They advertise open till 12am. But I show up at the drive thru at 11:30pm the staff has it's berack r edturned and they are playing on their cell phones when trying to get their attention to see if they are open. You guys need a better night crew. A crew in which obeys by the opening and closing rules and procedures. I was forced to take my business elsewhere as I really was in the taste for Burger King."
"Haven't been to BK in years adyer a few bad experiences at other stores, But I had a craving today so I stopped. My fries were super hot and fresh, my chicken sandwich was so crispy and fresh. Ordered on the app so got a few deals there . Service was perfect, friendly ,kind, fast"
"Just left the front counter because they were not answering the intercom on the drive-through when I came and told the young man about the issue he said he can just simply refuse service to me with an attitude I come to this Burger King about three times a week never will I ever go spend my money there again bad customer service I just walked out to avoid conflict and went to another location. No big deal."
