Whidbey’s a daytime eatery

"Much needed new daytime eatery in the area. Most places around this area are all hype and unfortunately overrated. Whidbey’s is a perfect place to try if you’re in the mood for a change of the same places around the area. They don’t have an overwhelming menu and it’s easy to navigate. The restaurant has great style and appealing color palate. It isn’t overly done. Friendly and attentive staff who aren’t shy or unwilling to answer questions. We ordered the Benedict duo (choice of two styles of Benedict’s, we chose the California and south of the border) and the market breakfast bowl. Our food came quickly, well proportioned and hot. The flavors were very well balanced and seasoned. Our food was accompanied by two bottomless regular coffees (additional charge). Total together with tip was $50. As we were getting ready to leave we were offered fresh cups of coffee to go. Overall good experience and would recommend."

"First things first are server. Mary was amazing and this was our first time ever coming to this restaurant. And the food was beyond what I expected. Everyone at our table loved it the price not bad. I love the fact how none of their food is ever frozen. They don't have microwaves or deep fryers. Everything is fresh definitely recommend you check this place out."

"There is a new kid in town and I'm very glad it's in the growing southwest. It's big and spacious with large windows to let you enjoy all the sun we get in Vegas. Their staff greeted us as we opened the door and promptly seated us. Being new, everything is so clean and beautiful. They've even repurposed industrial whisk for their pendant lighting. Our server, Megan, took great care of us and made sure we had everything we ordered correctly tabled. The food looks great and is very delicious. Easily going to be a local favorite soon!"

"A new breakfast place has opened on Blue Diamond Road and S Rainbow Blvd. The food is prepared fresh, freshly squeezed juice and overall delicious. The menu is simple not overwhelming and the portions are huge. This location is very spacious and nicely decorated and very clean and welcoming . They have counter seating, booth seating and outdoor seating as well. The service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall: We really enjoyed our meal and the price for the food was perfect. Delicious healthy options and a variety of breakfast choices!"

"I'm so happy there's a closer breakfast spot in the Southwest. Luckily, this place doesn't leave you dissatisfied. I never order omelets. I ordered one, but it didn't disappoint (thankfully). It actually had delicious flavors! I ordered the Mexican (southwestern) omelet. Delicious! Potatoes here have salt! And it's a mix potato sample. Owner/manager walks around to make sure your satisfaction is met. Not once but twice. Orange juice is fresh!!!! So hard to find a place to get fresh orange juice. I tried the orange julius interestingly satisfying. Will be back."
