"I had just got off of my flight and I heard the food was good so I took an Uber there for breakfast. The lady who gave me my food tossed it on the counter and walked away. She was very rude. Not a very good start to my birthday weekend. Food was decent."

"We arrived about a little after 10 am; but most the bagels were already gone and they only had less popular ones. No cinnamon, raisin, or blueberry. Mostly stronger stuff like the everything bagel. So we just left! The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous! You would think that if you had a bagel business; you would manage the amount of product needed better. The whole bottom row of bagels was available… nothing else! So, make more of whats not available and less of what you have left everyday? I was looking forward to that egg sandwich; but, oh well…"
"This place has gone downhill. The service was slow and the dining room is old and uncomfortable. The seats need to be recovered or replaced. The lady taking our order didn't seem to know anything. They were out of most bagels. Then there was no one at the register to take the money. We had to wait about 5 minutes to pay. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the bagel was good."
