"Watched several guests have to wait for drive thru food, an uber eats worker wait for about 15 min, 2 guests inside walk out. The "supervisor" argued that he gave a receipt back and, when he realized he was wrong, gave even more attitude to the guest. It seemed inconvenient that people were here buying food. The employees at the counter were clearly having a bad day. Terrible service all around. My food was thrown on the counter with a "here ya go man". Unfortunately no name tags so I can't point out anyone specifically"

"Every time I go to this location (which is never busy) which why I can’t understand why all the food taste so old and cold! It’s horrible. Happen to me multiple times. You better off going to McDonald’s or Burger King. It’s a waste of your money the food will be cold and hard taste really old."

"I had loved KFC my whole life, until this last visit. I ordered a 12 pc family meal worth Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, and fries, with honey and butter for the biscuits and plates. They have always had plates in the past because KFC is a picnic food, and picnics require plates. This visit I used the drive through, but I still had to wait 15 minutes after ordering. They told me to pull up and it will be brought out but didn’t tell me where to pull up, and after blocking traffic for a few minutes I pulled around the front where there is only handicapped spots, then backed up to the street. They forgot the butter and honey so I had to go in, and they had no plates. When I got home to eat, the chicken was soggy and very greasy. It didn’t seem fresh at all, especially after having to wait for it. The fries were only in a tiny single person sleeve, and definitely not enough for 3 people and there isn’t enough gravy to match the potatoes. I really just now realized how unseasoned the potatoes are and how processed and disgusting the Mac n cheese is. It tasted like boxed instant potatoes, and canned Mac n cheese. Just the worst. I’ll never go to KFC again."

"Ordered a 12 piece bucket, ( 5 wings, 4 thighs, 3 breast ) “ no legs “ bucket came with mostly legs. Drove from back home to exchange it, no big deal. Cashier gives me a new bucket, I trusted the situation. I get all the way home and guess what… same order! All the legs were stuffed at the bottom so I couldn’t notice it right away. I don’t like special ordering but this order was for someone else and for them to hide their mistake instead of fixing it! Come on guys."

"Order through the drive and watched 6 other cars after me get their food orders first. Once I got mine, it was cold. I’ve been calling the store and nobody answers the phone. I understand if the store is busy but don’t rush me to order my food and then get it wrong and have it be cold."
