Reviews
"Not sure what has happened to the food here but it just didn't taste good. The buns were hard like stale even though it was dripping with grease."
"This was a uncomfortable experience. Order went thru drive thru. Guy taking my order was quiet barely can hear him. Then a guy, African American employee walks from the back in drive thru view, pulls out his phone uses it as a mirror and starts picking his face. I threw away my food. Ask to speak with manager they said no manager was there. Shows you location isn't everything employees are discusting."
"Ordered a famous star burger and a jalapeño burger substituted with a veggie patty. The lazy workers put a meat burger in famous star wrapping.. .will not be going here again."
"The morning crew must really hate their job. The only thing reliable about them is that they NEVER get my order right. I am beginning to think they are purposely sabotaging themselves. I mean they are uniquely incompetent. And my order is literally a single breakfast burrito. That's it. Not only are they worse than a 1980's robot at understanding basic instructions, they are also clearly miserable. Whenever they talk through the intercom, they make you feel like you've somehow interrupted their peaceful day of staring at a wall and dreaming of a better minimum wage job. Seriously, if there was ever a poster child for why we should have machines working at fast food instead of people, the sorry souls working at this particular Carl's Jr are a prime example. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese burrito. I got this cilantro/salsa/sausage mess. This has happened virtually every time I went."
