Burger King 8005 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas, NV 89178

"This place is beyond unprofessional. This evening I ordered three meals. When I got home after spending close to $40, The fries and the medium sized request were halfway filled, and the new special burger with bacon was not prepared as advertised. When I made an inquiry, I was told that they didn’t have the sauce. I then been asked, why was I not informed prior to the order and I was told that they can still sell it without the special sauce. When I drove up to the window, two young men were cursing at each other, playing in full view of the customers driving up to the window to receive their food. When I described that the order was not prepared correctly, upon getting home ten minutes later, I was told to bring the food back for a refund. I informed them that I did not want my money back but wanted the meals be made correctly. I specifically asked upon ordering the three meals that the meal be made cooked to order. Clearly, this did not occur. I was told by the manager that if I want something done with regards to remedying the matter to bring the food back. I told them that I had an engagement to attend and could not return this evening, but could return the next day. However, that was not acceptable to the manager, who refused to give me his name and hung up on me upon my request for his name. He said if I didn’t like the service to contact Management at the Corporate level. I told him that this was very unprofessional customer service. All I wanted it was for the food to be made correctly because the fries were not made according to how fresh fries are made at Burger King. When the fries are made fresh, they are absolutely delicious and this was not the case. I have never done a write up of this particular location until today. Moreover, I will also be contacting Corporate and not returning to this location. I advise that if you want decent Burger King food, do not go to the location located in the Albertsons parking lot in Mountains Edge."

"Ordered my food to realize when I got home that an item was missing. This item was a family members meal. Being that I was not able to eat having to drive back 20 minutes, I wanted my order remade so that I could eat a fresh meal. This inquiry was denied and I was told I could drive back for my item. My girlfriends sprite was supposed to be a sprite. She received a sparkling water. I tasted it myself! (Not a fan of sparkling water) when I arrived, 4 of the 5 employees were all by the bagging area of the food station all trying to complete similar duties seeming to get in each others way and engaging in conversation. Turns out they were out of sprite so they just gave us sparkling water. My last of my 2 visits was not good either. Similar issue with their drive thru for some reason. I’m very upset with the customer service I received. There are a lot of alternate options for fast food in this area if say you are on your lunch and need something fast and efficient."

"I ordered 3 rodeo burgers and they were absolutely phenomenal delicious I don't normally praise fast food at being that I've been a cook then chef since I was 15 years old but honestly the burger were perfect and at $2.20 each probably the best value for fast food in town. As far as service the employee at the register was as good at his job as one could be but there was a young kid maybe 17 or 18 that not to be rude to put it plainly just isn't very bright and was trying to be helpful but was just in the way intrusive and gave advice and service that was just incorrect and really started to frustrate me. As far as the atmosphere I give 3 stars because it's a burger King and there is just no possibility of any fast food restaurant to be better than 3 stars. Once again rodeo burgers were f'n perfect"

"Haven’t been here in a while, but went through the drive-through today. It took a while, but they were very friendly.I got the number 1 which was very delicious! (Whopper/Fries and iced coffee!). When I’m craving a Whopper I’ll definable back!"

"I’m really not sure why this particular Burger King has so many bad reviews. This is a great burger joint. It’s very clean. And very accessible. The people were working the windows very quickly and had the food out promptly. And the food was great. I got to breakfast burrito juniors for breakfast and I got to whopper juniors with fries and drinks for lunch. The total was less than $8."
