"It's McDonald's not much to say. Breakfast lacks consistency. Sometimes hasbrowns are great other times too oily or too soft or not warm. Iced coffee is also hit and miss"
"I've encountered challenges with my breakfast orders from this restaurant three times within an hour. Unfortunately, there have been consistent errors or missing items. As a disabled veteran dealing with brain cancer, I'm unable to easily revisit the restaurant. I kindly request improved attention to order instructions and completeness, without engaging in arguments over the phone. My intention is to seek assistance with my breakfast order, not to question my integrity or the chosen items. Here is a picture of my missing hot cakes, sandwiches, and burritos, bur alteast I got 25% of my order.... Update: no improvements Title: Disappointing Lack of Condiments and Nonchalant Attitude I recently had an unfortunate experience with McDonald's that has left me quite dissatisfied. Despite placing my order, confirming with the manager, and specifically requesting condiments, my orders consistently arrive devoid of any sauces or extras. Condiments play a significant role in enhancing the flavors of the food, and their absence has been a major letdown. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of attention to detail, especially when I've taken the extra step to confirm my condiment preferences with the manager. What's even more frustrating is the seemingly nonchalant attitude displayed by the staff. It feels as though they enjoy getting away with providing subpar service, pulling the rug from under customers who expect a complete and enjoyable meal. For a fast-food giant like McDonald's, one would expect a higher level of customer service. The taste of some items heavily relies on the accompanying sauces, and without them, the overall experience is compromised. I urge McDonald's to address this issue and instill a more customer-centric approach within their team. Condiments may seem like a small detail, but they can significantly impact the overall dining experience. It's time for a change and an improvement in the attitude towards customer satisfaction."
"Just stopped in for a quick meh meal to go. Slowest. Service. Ever. No people at registers. I had to order at kiosk. One employee cleaning couldn't even stop to take my order or direct me to the kiosk. Then slowly waited for my cheeseburger and small fries to get done. Me it was probably only 5 minutes, but when you're all alone and it's 'fast food' that is forever!"
"We have been to this location 4 times and each time the food is great and tasty. We live near the McDonald’s on flamingo/ Grand Canyon & forte Al have/ trop and we pass both of them to make the drive here because of how good tue food quality is each time. Yes, the wait time is long but you NEED to associate that with fresh food and fresh food takes time to happen."
"This location has been open for over a month now. It’s my go-to McDonald’s, as it’s the closest one to home now. Although I’m really happy they opened an additional location in this area, this one needs some serious work. I’m not sure if they’re just short staffed or what the disconnect is but nearly every visit I’ve made to this location has been a disappointment. From ‘mystery’ stuff in my burger to standing at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting to place an order, only to be greeted by a manager who was clearly unhappy to be there. Oh, and I had to step to the pickup counter to get his attention before being able to place my order. I’ve filled out the surveys with my receipts but I guess no one is paying attention to those. Hopefully this location can get it together! Picture: I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and no pickles. When I bit into the burger, I found this. It’s either plastic or wrapper of some sort. The cheese, onions, and ketchup are layered on top of it."
