"My family and I have eaten here 3 times now (2x delivery & 1x takeout). During all three experiences, I have never encountered anything negative about this business; both food quality and service. In fact, I would go on saying that so far, this place is in my top three "traditional" pizza delivery restaurants in Las Vegas (this is compared to ~6-8 different pizza delivery places that I've tried in the Las Vegas-Summerlin-Henderson areas). The items we've tried as of today are the Chi Town Classic Hot Dog, 18-Piece Traditional Buffalo Wings, Garlic Bread, 14" and 16" Traditional Hand-Tossed Pizzas (personal toppings), Spicy Buffalo Chicken Specialty Pizza, and BBQ Chicken Specialty Pizza. Every item I've ever ordered here has arrived fresh and prepared with high quality. I was well-prepared that the Chicago Dog was going to be something of lower quality (plain/generic), but, I was 100% incorrect with that assumption...that Chicago Dog was amazing! The wings weren't my favorite thing in the world but it still was appetizing. With respect to the prices, I was a little skeptical on trying this place at first because the pricing is a little on the higher side compared to other pizza places. However, after experiencing this place a few times, I understand why it's slightly higher than most - the quality says it all. I also enjoy how this place supports the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans - this is highly appreciated! Finally, out of the three times I've eaten here, I noticed that the employees are very friendly (both in person and over the phone). If you've never tried this place before, I urge you to give it try. I know everyone has their own opinions and experience things differently; however, all my experiences have been phenomenal, therefore, I highly recommend this place to everyone."
"Short story: Taste was not good. Reminiscent of a bad frozen pizza. Overpriced and only credit was given when they made a mistake of forgetting an item (why would anyone go back?). Stay away Full Story: Wanted to try a new pizza place. And started a first time order from this pizzeria. I ordered 1 16" Half Pepperoni Half Cheese hand tossed pizza $24.50, 1 2 Liter Pepsi $3.50, tax $2.56, delivery charge $4.00 and technology fee $1.72 with a $6 tip = $42.28. I said to myself "It's entirely too expensive but I'll give it a chance". Delivery was 50 minuets, and upon receiving food, Pepsi was missing and promptly called to get a refund on the item. Was told only a credit could be had, not good. Opened the box and the pizza was cut in uneven squares. Something I was unaware would be done, and assumed was only done to chicago thin crust but I digress, as long as it's good I don't care. I doled out the pizza and we all took a bite. Everyone agreed it was salty, and tastes like a bad frozen pizza. We tossed the ones we bit into & trashed the rest. I believe in second chances but not at that price. 1/5, because the box was fancy."
"We've eaten their pizza several times and its pretty good, no eat in available which is fine, the pizza takes a while so def order ahead and add a little extra time I don't think it was ready on time either time we went. The pizza is good, the crust is flaky and good, the sauce was a little heavy but wasn't bad and the cheese was plenty. Def a good deep dish option if you're in the area."
"Many places think they do deep dish pizza, when all they have is slightly thicker pizza. This place does it right! First, parking sucks, so good luck! Once inside there are no seats so there is only to go options. The place is crazy clean!!! It must be fairly new, because it is so nice and clean inside. Ordering was simple. Food was ready in about 20 minutes. My wife got a salad and O got a pizza. 14” Deep Dish Carnivore, seems bigger than I expected. And very filling. Tasted absolutely incredible. Plenty of toppings but not overboard. Only slight thing and just personal was that I think the top had a slight to much sauce. But that’s just personal preference. My wife loves the salad. Fresh and filling. We will go back!!"
"I've had deep dish pizza in Chicago and was hoping to have a similar experience here. The crust along the edges of the pizza were so thin, that it could not support the weight of the sauce on one side of the pizza, which caused it to collapse (reference photo). The Downtown Classic and Meat Baller were good, but were definitely NOT deep dish pizzas, as shown in the photos. There is a discrepancy between the height of the outer crust and thickness of the entire pizza. If the Chicago Guys Pizza can increase the thickness of the outer crust and match the thickness and depth of the entire pizza, I'm sure they'll have a great deep dish. Just a suggestion..."
