"It took 30 minutes to get my order. I paid for fries and had none in my to-go bag. I had to let the employee know he forgot my drink. I received the drink but no fries. I don't necessarily fault the employee as they must be seriously understaffed, but reading my order he could have included my entire order. People were ready to riot in Popeyes orders were taking so long. One lady was there an hour. I can't believe he told her the wait would be longer, they had no chicken, and did not comp her order!"

"They always forget stuff in drive through. Today we went to try the new wings. The wings had a sprinkle of BBQ sauce on them, so basically plain wings. I got more sauce on them by dipping them in sauce. We ordered ghost pepper wings. They were plain fried wings no spice at all if that's even what we got. They forgot our chicken sandwich so I had to go in and get it after driving through."

"You should work on improving your sides quality. You charge so much for them but it is terrible. Do not serve or sell them if they are bad. 86 them if necessary."

"Well, what can I say! I am writing this review right after it happened.  First, we had to repeat everything twice, and this was not because the worker had a language barrier.  This cashier never expressed that we would have to wait, or we may have ordered something different.  We ordered our food at 3:33 pm, and it is 3:53, and we are still waiting.  We were the only car waiting until 3:53 p.m., and then another car waited with us for only five minutes.  Ten others cars after us have received their food.  When we finally received our food after 30 minutes of waiting, guess what, the chicken was, OLD! Also, they gave a small amount of fries for two Surf and Turf combos.  Really, after waiting 30 minutes and spending over $50, this is what customers receive at this Popeyes on N. Durango and Elkhorn! Never again! You might want to take heed to what I wrote because we have given this Popeyes over a year of understanding.  So, in other words, this is not the first time.   We want everyone to know about this Popeyes.   The review should be zero stars, but we know that is not an option. See the evidence and receipts below."

"Negative 100 Stars on this. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to, from the drive thru line which took 26 min to get my order in, all the way to the customer service on the phone. I went there at 420pm (Tuesday), waited forever to order and my order was still wrong. Lesson learned from there is to check your order before you even leave from the drive thru because the lobby is closed. After receiving my order I noticed my 3 piece meal and a side of coleslaw was missing so I called, drove there again to pick up the 3 piece. Went back home (everything else was cold by then) and noticed they did not add my 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp $2.99 value. I was too furious from the first incident to call again and request my shrimp because the manager there knows nothing about customer service, she was rude the first time I called and ruder when I was there picking up my order they forgot to give me because I called again saying I was at the lobby order. This experience was so bad that the General Manager of that location will receive a notice of this and also corporate. It is truly not that difficult to give someone what they ordered after the computer tells you what should be in the bag. I am highly highly disappointed in Popeye's for this and will never return to any location. I feel like I was ripped off and wonder how many people this happens to on a daily, because then Popeyes has no shrinkage on inventory since they are making money on food they never handed out. Plus the kicker of this all is there is no receipt of the transaction attached to the bag, nor was one handed to me. My order was as followed: 5 piece tender with fries (received) 3 piece bone in with coleslaw (did not receive, had to go back) Side of mashed potatoes (received) 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp (never received) did receive cocktail sauces 1 BBQ sauce So Disappointing"
