"I've been taking piano lessons with Josie Just at the Music Lab for a few months now and I couldn't be happier. As someone who is hoping to learn to play the piano later in life, I greatly appreciate Josie's style of teaching. She is patient, comforting, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgable. I look forward to my lessons each week and I'm getting ready for my first "concert," which consists of playing holiday music for my family this year. Highly recommended! "Terrible communication!! If their teaching is anything like their communication, I’d find a better education alternative. 1st review As you can read by Josie Just the owner of Music Lab’s response below, she does not give an accurate description of the review. Because I am a teacher who is over qualified to teach at Music Lab and sent multiple emails and submitted a resume long before Covid and hadn’t received a single response back! It’s just common courtesy to respond back to not only potential students, but educators of music which supposedly she is. But clearly picks and chooses who she thinks is important enough to communicate with. Which again leaves me with the statement that as an establishment and as an owner Josie Just in particular has “terrible communication”!"
"Great vibe but after 2 years of lessons our instructor left to take a full time job without any notice and without other Music Lab options for instruction. Unfortunately she left many students and parents very disappointed and not trusting Music Lab."
