"When I walked into the restaurant the cashier was putting an order together for a customer. A few minutes later, another employee starting assiting with the order. Two other cashiers arrived, and i waited several minites for one of them to take my order. When I turned to leave, one of them asked if she could take my order, but I walked right out the door. Whatever happened to good customer service? If the employees don't want to work, fire them, because bad customers service is not good for any business."

"I visit this location frequently because this place is awesome!! The manager, Nancy runs this place so smoothly that orders get put out on a timely manner and correct! The staff here are trained very good too!! The food here is is fresh, healthy and delicious!! Awesome place to try out, if you haven't visited this location yet. Definitely worth trying it out!!"

"I love El Pollo Loco and this is the primary location I visit. Today I visited twice. But it was the drive thru experience that bothered me most of all since I was given a small bag containing 4 small containers. To my dismay, a previous guest must have returned the bag, because one of the 3 containers was empty but had previously been filled with the avocado salsa. This leaves a very unsanitary impression upon me, also while I expect the lettuce to be cold, I did not expect the meat and outer shell to be barely warm. I have ordered from the store several times and the tacos are usually served hot and there is at least an 1/8th of a cup of meat in each taco. I was already down the street by the time I realized what I had been given. My wait in the drive thru was not long at all, I was helped very quickly. Please do better next time. My order #1869 I was helped by 284 Nathan M who was extremely polite hospitable, and professional. The time on my receipt was 6:25pm today."

"First time at this location and definitely will come back here. I was greeted when I walked in, all the staff were wearing masks, the restaurant was spotless, I got my burrito fast and hot. And the price is just right. Thanks so much for the great lunch and pleasant visit. Keep up the good work!"
