"Ordered a burrito and this is what it looked like after trying to keep it closed. So unbelievably messy."

"Avoid this location. The employees are extremely rude, especially Natalia. My coworker ordered a meal with guacamole, and they packed it up for a to-go order. When my coworker mentioned we were eating it in, the employee grew frustrated and said "well you should have said that from the beginning!" in a very rude tone. My coworker then said, I am sorry you did not ask me and Natalia took the lid off that had all the guacamole and cheese on it and flung it in the trash aggressively. My coworker then asked to speak to the manager, who came out, walked up, heard the situation, turned around, and left. No apology, no recognition—just turned around and left; zero f's given. With a manager like that, I am not surprised that Natalia does not know the proper etiquette in customer service. It is apparent that customer service is not their priority at this location. Will never recommend this location to anyone."

"A typical Chipotle. The food is fairly good but very expensive. Their guacamole is very tasty but cost around $3.00 extra. The size of the bowls is large enough that for many people they will have leftovers for another day."

"This place surely needs to being their standards up. They are just awful with how they serve their food. Its messy its all over their containers. They miss out items because they dont concentrate. And surely not interested in making that one order in the perfect clean manner. This pic below shows how they served my food. Its all over the place."

"Surprised by the negativity. The young lady with the heart sticker on her nose was very generous with all the toppings we requested. The chicken el pastor burrito was tasty, pleasantly heavy, and filling! (Must be wonderful management) - Very satisfied. Hope you continue to fill the burritos."
