"Our almost-two year old only attended for about a month before we had to find other care. Their communication was poor and there was a serious lack of organization. We received photos of the wrong child/classroom, they didn't communicate anything about social skills or development and they interpreted us eventually opting out of the reusable diapers as us asking them not change our child's clothes ever. The most concerning incident was when they brought me the wrong child at pick-up. During Covid parents are not allowed to go to the classroom so a staff person takes them to class and brings them out at the end of the day. An employee who was new, and did not know me, did not check my ID, misunderstood the name I said and then brought me the wrong toddler to take home."
