"I have been using this firm (Ethne) for my divorce, which started years ago. The issues started at the beginning, but I stayed with this firm only because they had case knowledge and each time I thought things would get resolved and I would be done with them. At the beginning, she never informed me of consequences to how the decree was written, which led to me giving up 50% physical custody. It is nearly impossible to get that back. I have spent the last several years trying to get a better deal through mediation, which they were never prepared for, I had to essentially do all the preparation and all the talking in the mediation, while they collect fees to do literally nothing.
