"Will never recommended this place to anyone. If you ever go, there don't ever pay what they are asking for we got a puppy for 60% off the original price. assistant managers are the rudest i she dare to call us liars after we put her on the spot. she made us drive from centennial hills all the way here to close the door on our face even though she is the one that wanted and insisted that she would wait for us, we had to drive again there the next day to take our baby away from them heartless people. If any one know how to report them to the city or anyone in the law please lt me know."

"Sure , i loooove puppies!! Who doesn't?! I have to admit that it's pretty cool that they can find you a puppy that you really want. They can get you one with a certain color and breed. Size. Basically, a build your own dog store. My con with these stores is the prices. No way am i paying like 8 THOUSAND dollars for 1 dog. No, no, no. Sure, there's financing, but come on. Why are the prices so outrageous? Some of the employees are nice, but others, not so much. Overall, i wouldn't buy a dog from here unless i really, really wanted a certain kind and had change like that to spend. No, thank you....."

"We got our new puppy, Molly, here over a month ago and she’s one of the best things to ever happen to us! The sales associate was so kind (I think her name was Natalie??) as were all the other lovely people working. They offer an amazing program with a free first vet visit and many other guarantees. I will say we were very anxious with petland’s reputation, but personally we have not had any issues at all. Keep in mind this place is expensive, our puppy was almost 5k. We knew that coming into this so it didn’t bother us, it’s something to keep in mind for future owners."

"We purchased two Siamese twins here three years ago. Brother and sister. They are hands down the most well behaved and loving cats we have ever shared our home with. They were healthy when we got them and continue to be so. They were well adjusted and cared for. The staff was very sweet and extremely good sales people. We only came in to buy one, can’t imagine life without them both."
