"I made 4 different online orders for funeral flower arrangements in the past month. I made my choices from the arrangements recommended for funerals online, and in the comment sections, I asked for specific words to be written on specifically colored, wide ribbon to be added to each one. Each arrangement looked just like the online pictures, but they were better! Some flower substitutions were made, due to availability (short notice) I’m guessing, but the overall look didn’t change. I was truly shocked by how wonderfully everything turned out. I’ve had 5 bad experiences with ordering flowers from various businesses online, to be delivered in different states, over the past 18 months. To say I am thrilled with Alice’s arrangements and customer service would be an understatement. I highly recommend her."

"Very disappointed in the Mother's Day flower arrangement sent to my Mom. First we were told the flowers were delivered at 12:21pm and handed to my mom. Called her and no flowers were received. We were lied to and after 1.5 hours the flowers were found on the porch, next door, of an empty house by the manager and it had rained all day. They delivered this wet arrangement to my mom and tried to act like nothing had happened. Then when my mom received her tulips, one was broken. On top of that we had asked for a nice arrangement of tulips and greens. They shoved broken branches in the arrangement which looked terrible. Now when I call the store to talk to a manager, they won't answer my call. Terrible service, the arrangement including the tulips were ugly and we were lied to multiple times. Finally spoke to the manager, explained my frustration, received no apology just excuses, very rude and was told "you shut up!" Unbelievable! Yes, they will refund our money once they find our ticket...if they find it. But last time doing business with them."
