"I don’t know what is going on with this provider but he does not respond to appointment requests or refills. I am constantly having to worry about the consistency in my care. The last time I left a bad Google review was because I was deeply disappointed by the lack of communication on his end when I requested appointments. At the time I was dealing with worst depression of my life. After several attempts to make an appointment and months of waiting, I decided to post a bad Google review. He responded to me the next day after the Google review, It was very disappointing to see that was the only way I can get a response. I messaged this provider on December 21, Jan 3rd, and Jan 10 I’ve left two voicemails and sent him an email yet I haven’t heard back. I decided to post this, as a warning to patients, wanting to seek care from this provider as it’s not consistent, and he often just goes radio silent and never replies to you and he doesn’t even acknowledge that he receives your messages. I can’t express how disappointed I am and how abandoned I feel as a patient. I am just so over it. I need consistency and I deserve consistency."
