"We had high hopes for this place on a girls trip recently and were disappointed The website is outdated. Hours of operation are completely wrong. My daughter, a few of her girlfriends, and I went to this location yesterday at 1:30pm. Google hours show they open at 10am. No one was there. No cars. Nothing. I knocked on the white door with no answer. Tubes, kayaks, and paddle boards were outside locked up. We waited 30 or so minutes and left."

"Be careful when reviewing the waivers. They will charge you for broken equipment even if it’s not your fault. My boyfriend’s paddle for his paddle board broke snapped halfway through the 1 hour ride just from him paddling and he was unable to stand up and paddle for half of the time we paid for. Instead of being understanding or even refunding us for part of the hour, they charged us $40 for the paddle on top of the whole charge. The insolent worker followed us to the parking lot when we were getting our credit card to pay for the broken equipment and didn’t show any compassion during the entire exchange. He just said “that’s just how it is.”"

"This was our second visit to PaddleSUP. We called ahead and made a reservation for our family since we thought it might be a busy day. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! We love the location! It's very easy to get there from Hochatown. It's very kid-friendly...We have an 8 year old and a 13 year old and felt very safe. I would definitely recommend making a reservation if visiting on a weekend. Their prices are very reasonable. The lake is just beautiful! We will definitely go back on our next trip to Broken Bow!"

"PaddleSUP has a perfect location, and their selection of paddleboards is great for beginners and intermediates. It's on a quiet swim beach and you can paddle back into a cove and watch the zip liners go by. The water is beautiful and clear, and the prices are good too! My husband and I rented two boards for one hour and spent some time swimming, too. Two adults could easily fit onto one of their pink boards, so we will do that next time. We had a great time!"
