It’s so hard to find genuine customer service these days. Me && my fiance will definitely be back as long as she works there && get her phenomenal service. All around 5 stars. "food was very good, if you order the steak make sure to add toppings because mine without them was kinda bland. pasta tastes like homemade. bread and the oil at the beginning was the highlight for me, so good, services was great, staff was friendly."

"This is not the Carrabba's I remember. Ordered a drink that arrived like water and coconut juice. Ordered the dinner special at 5 pm...waiter returned, "we're out of it". So why are you handing out the flyer upon arrival? Why is it gone at start of dinner? Strange! I tried to order a replacement and it got worse. My waiter was terrible (Milton) young and not much knowledge there. 40 minutes in I received the water I asked for at the start. We generally tip very well but this was terrible. I left most of what I got on the table. Really mad that I didn't use the gift card I've been carrying in my wallet. I'm afraid I won't go back!!!"

"Can't beat this place. EDIT: well I wrote the above 6 yrs ago and the same can't be said. The service was lacking, not greeted very well, very cold and non-existent. The best person we encountered was the bus guy who brought our water and bread and took our plates. He was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately our waitress seemed to be getting beat down, working tables in the dining room and working the bar as well. Once the salad came out it was decent. The food finally came out and it was definitely sitting in the window for a while. My wife's food was cold on top and warm under the pasta. My chicken Parm was overcooked from the heat lamps. This was our second try for this place we were there about 8 months and it wasn't much better. Maybe it's time we move on."
