"A Denny’s is wholesome food in delicious combinations, a wonderful family friendly restaurant. The highlight of our meal today was our server, Gabriel, Gabby. Gabby has a quick wit and dry delivery so if you’re not paying attention, you might not appreciate how delightful he is! Clever and charming, Gabby checked on us several times during the meal and had us laughing before he left. Like a warm hug, Gabby made us want to come back for more! He is a treasure"

"We had breakfast two days in a row so far and the food has been great and the staff is always friendly. Their customer service has been top notch! While it doesn't show up in the listing for dishes below because it's new, the sirloin steak and eggs was fabulous and cooked exactly the way it was ordered."

"Our waitress was amazing. Sandra F. was enthusiastic, fun, helpful & as she stepped away from the table the first time I said she was great at customer service. If we were rating only on her, it would be a five star plus. She embodies everything that should be important to serving the customer. By the end of our experience, long wait times for food, tables not being waited on, our waitress could not get back to us in a timely fashion as she was spread entirely too thin. She did her best, under the circumstances of being short staffed. She tried to hide her emotion. I could tell her expectations on herself were not being met to serve her customers. With her 25 years in the service industry, she apologized and apologized. We know it was not her fault. Something in your system is broken. It needs to be addressed. People like Sandra deserve to be recognized and work in an environment that is supportive in the ultimate objective which is fantastic customer service. When it is executed correctly, you will have repeat customers time after time after time. For example, where we live. Our IHOP is terrible so we refuse to go to an IHOP anywhere. As a business owner, I know the same can carry over. The food was great, the waitress was great. Even the hostess was great & encouraged us to leave a review. I know sometimes these fall on deaf ears, but I do hope you will consider ways to improve from the back end to the front, having correct staffing and keeping employees like the one we had. As we are in town for 6 days we will be back but only because of how hard that young lady worked to provide us the exceptional customer service she strives to provide."

"It was open late at night, but they were severely short staffed. The waitress was really nice, but was the only one covering the entire places except the kitchen. The food was what you expect from Dennys."

"This stop in for a quick bite before catching a flight was absolutely fantastic. Our server, Sandra Franc(sp?), was so personable, genuine and quick—she didn’t miss a beat. The food was excellent—from the Super Bird to the Cheeseburger with onion rings. The onion rings were tasty and the burger was juicy and flavorful. There was ample parking and the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were more than satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend it to others. To say that Sandra was the perfect host, server, seemed like dining with family is an understatement."
