"I’ve never had this issue before but I had two orders of menudo full of cow hairs! This means it wasn’t cleaned properly! I’ve definitely had a couple of hair in it and obviously that’s fine but literally every spoon full had hair. So I spent $30 on food that is not edible. I called to let them know it’s not a normal amount of hair, it’s an excessive amount."
