Carter Cove Recreation Area is a beautiful campground and park located at 10692 Carter Cove Road in Plainview, Arkansas. "No wifi there.. Not the campsite's fault. Site 7 has 0 Shade and our camper's A/C couldn't keep up. Lake Nimrod was low and the swimming was super muddy. The Camp and lake are not for me. The Corps of engineers seems to have put alot of effort into this place. Just wish it all turned out better."
"This was a nice getaway, not crowded, shady, swimming area is what I expect for a lake. Boat ramp and good parking for the truck and trailer. Bathhouse was clean and stocked."
