"I was double charged for meal and told that my money could not be refunded so I was offered a free sandwich. Upon arriving for my free sandwich the girl that did the double charge did not respond when I said hello. I do not expect people to greet their customers anymore these days but when you greet the employee the least they can do is greet you back. There was no apology for the double charge even though she clearly knew who I was and there was also no response when I said thank you at the end. If you are ok with being double charged and then refused a refund get your sandwich here or if you are not expecting even a decently pleasant experience with your $12 sandwich eat here. I will never eat here again and will warn my friends and family."
"I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at your Subway location that I feel compelled to share. Upon entering around 7 o'clock, my wife and I observed all the chairs being stacked and the floor being mopped by Jordan. Despite this, we proceeded to place our orders. However, during the payment process, a bottle of drink, not ours, was mistakenly added and promptly canceled. Unfortunately, this led to a system freeze, resulting in not one, but three unexpected charges of $17 each. Walked out and returned to address the issue, the resolution process was painfully slow. What added to the frustration was the denial of my simple request to eat inside the lobby. Additionally, the early closure of the restaurant at 9 o'clock seemed unnecessary, and the explanation for a two-hour preparation time for mopping a small space was perplexing. To compound the situation, the staff explained they couldn't refund in cash and insisted we return another day to talk to the manager, Bobby. This not only seemed highly inconvenient but left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope this detailed feedback prompts a thorough investigation into these issues and results in a swift resolution. Customers deserve a seamless experience, especially when it comes to basic transactions and service. I will be returning to get my money and to speak with Bobby. Hopefully he cares because I’ve noticed nobody cares anymore."
"Two weeks ago, my friend and I went in on our lunch break for a bite to eat. We were greeted by a short lady with a long braid who made our sandwiches. She accidentally dumped the entire bottle of oregano onto the sandwich and my friend and I laughed because the situation was funny. We explained to the employee that we were not laughing at her, but she began yelling and swearing at us and told my friend that his hair looks funny. She escalated the situation and came around the counter and asked if we wanted to take it outside because she doesn’t care about her job. We asked for a manager’s number and no one would provide us with the store number or a manager to get in touch with. We came in today and her and another gentleman walked out back after seeing us to talk about us. We asked the young man if he was a manager, and he told us to stop acting like 10 year olds. This is unacceptable behavior on both of their parts and no one should be denied the right to speak with a superior. I can understand having a bad day, but not blatantly disrespecting customers on multiple occasions and swearing like you’re a pirate from the year 1650."
"The employees were really nice and this location is very clean and nice too so I feel bad leaving a bad review. I ordered the Titan turkey it's supposed to have 20% more meat than the regular been getting it for months now back home in CA usually has so much I would give some slices to my dog and still have plenty but here they only gave me 3 slices. I wonder how much is used on just a regular turkey sub.. Also both my sandwiches were toasted when they were suppose to be cold. I double checked my online order receipt just to make sure it wasn't a mistake on my end and no it wasn't."
