"I recently went to Frankie's Uptown for happy hour with friends. The food was good. However, the service could have been better. One thing that bothered me was the additional charges that the restaurant imposed. When we received our bill, we were taken aback to see a 3% fee added to our total for using a credit card, which was not disclosed beforehand. Furthermore, we were not informed about the 23% automatic gratuity that was added to everyone's bill because we were paying with more than two checks. Overall, I thought the food at Frankie's Uptown was good, but I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding additional charges and the mediocre service. If you plan on dining at this restaurant, I would recommend being cautious of potential hidden fees when paying your bill."
"I asked my husband to take me to his restaurant specifically for the bourbon flights. I got the Frankie flight and it was a delight. I'm assuming the lady who came over and told us about the Jefferson's ocean and how it's aged at sea which was cool. My husband liked the bacon wrapped jalapeno. We both loved the brussels sprouts. My husband got the Knight Stroll and he liked it. I got the summerlin square and loved it. Skip the bourbon cake but definitely get the peanut butter parfait. It was SO good. Might be the best thing we had next to the bourbon of course. The benches are not comfy. Our waitress was a little slow moving, but good enough service."
"We came here on a Wednesday. We sat at the bar, as the bar only had 4 other people at it. To say that the bartender (I think April) was sssssssssllllooooowwwwww is an understatement. We eventually acquired her attention, but it was forever. We ordered two Philly and had them modified to add Provolone. When we got them, it seemed as if it was huge pile of grease. Couldn't figure out if it was dipped in a fryer or the bun was partially put in the fryer, but it was nothing in the realm of a Philly. I know they have high reviews, but unsure why they do. Would I come here for the service, not at all. Would I come here for the food, not what I ate. Maybe their other food is good, but eeehhh."
"Awesome place in Downtown Summerlin with a great ambience and atmosphere. The Happy Hour is really nice with some really good drink and food selections. The main menu has a great variety of choices. On ocassion especially the weekends there is live music which is really nice to hear while sitting on the patio. The bacon stuffed peppers really rock!! So does the ginger cocktail on the Happy Hour menu!"
