"Order a 30$ bowl of gumbo and let's just say for that much I'm sure I could've went and purchased the ingredients and 100% make a 1000 times better than the slop they try passing off as gumbo!!! I do not recommend the gumbo!!! Lobster rolls were pretty decent I guess?!!"

"Everything was very well flavored. Beautiful presentation. The blue point oysters were fresh and delicious. Crab cake was meaty and flavored very well. Steamed clams also good choice. Hamachi tacos were fine. I thought it was missing something."
"We make Kallisto our Sunday afternoon, beat-the-heat summer get away. Steven and Ruben always take good care of us and are very helpful. We like the pan roasts, clam chowder, and the charbroiled oysters are delicious. We want to try more dishes on our next visit. Thanks to you Kallisto Oyster Bar!"
"We decided to try this today not knowing it was the grand opening. We were the second set of people to be seated. We weren’t sure if this one was associated with the other Station Casinos Oyster Bars. We found out they aren’t. But we found their pan roasts(combo) to be extremely flavorful. The clam chowder was delicious! The only thing is we missed bread as it goes so well with the pan roasts and lava sauce. Their menu was decent, a little pricey but delicious! The customer service was great and I loved seeing everyone work together! Everyone looked on point and I have no doubt they’re gonna be doing good business!! We will be back!"
