"Don’t even waste your time. They are supposed to be open until 3am during the week but 75% of the time you pull up and they say they are already closed. I guess the franchisee doesn’t particularly like making money. They don’t get the order right most days and they act like sauce is a national treasure and never give enough. Their true hours are more like 9am to 10pm. Outside that may the odds be ever in your favor."

"Not very good food here as it was not served hot just barely warm and the drink machine was empty of most choices. The sauces seemed old. Service was fair. Do not recommend this location."

"The guy at the window had zero personality or customer service skills. He didn’t even so much as say hi to me when I pulled up. He was too busy focusing on other customers. I specifically asked for a lot of mild sauce and he gave me none. I would have never even been able to tell him since he was too busy taking orders from the people behind me. He was not pleasant at all. Somewhat tall kid with dark hair and a bit over weight. No clue what his name is - but I was there at 1215am tonight so maybe that will tell you who it is. I can’t stand when the simplest of things are not accommodated all because someone didn’t pay attention to the order. Multi tasking and attention to detail should be held to a higher regard. These young people these days have no idea what any of that is and it is sad. I feel terribly sorry for this new generation. But I can say that I will not be retuning here. It"

"Whoever was working at this location on 10/20 at 8:30pm, bless your soul. I almost gave up on taco bell for always messing up my order, however my hope has been restored. I always order a quesadilla with NO sauce and guess what I got, no sauce. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with NO onions and NO sauce, and that’s exactly what I got. This review may be dramatic, but after being disappointed so many times- my expectation was that I was going to be let down once again. I just need these workers to know that I appreciate the effort. I am a very satisfied customer. Bonus points: my burrito was wrapped PERFECTLY. Edges all tucked in, with no spillage. I don’t like sauce, but they added it just in case. Thanks for going the extra mile."
