"Response to owner: This was at your 9360 W Flamingo Rd Ste 105 location. The day of appointment was Sat Jan 6 and the receptionist was Audrey so no I'm not mistaken what lab this took place. Furthermore, 2 weeks later my doctor at LV Urology still didn't have my test results. They called your office for results and you couldn't find them. Audrey had to give them your main lab number to get them. I told LV Urology of my experience and they said they won't be sending anybody else to this lab. Walked in on a Saturday morning. No customers where there. I said hello to the receptionist and signed in. While I was talking to her, I saw someone in the back peek their head out and looked at me. I said good morning, she just stared at me. Again I said good morning and received no reply. I then asked the receptionist 'Does she speak English'? The lady in the back just laughed and slipped back down into her cubicle. Then I was called to the back by the same lady that couldn't speak to get my blood drawn. It was the most painful experience of my life. I get my blood drawn at different labs all the time. This was the worst. I was black and blue for a week. I think she did it on purpose because I asked her if she spoke English when she wouldn't respond. If you like pain, go here."
