"Spring is a beautiful time of year to visit Kirkwood Falls."
"First time here while visiting a friend's nearby cabin this weekend. It's been dry and super hot but there was still a little bit of water flowing into the hole. The swimming hole was plenty deep (maybe 10-12 feet) and warm but a nice temperature. It was a little bit crowded, it was us, and three other groups. When they showed up we decided to leave. Not really big enough for everyone. A nice secluded, but obviously popular spot with the locals."
"3 holes here. One close to the road and 2 more with 20 mins of walking. Last 2 have waterfalls and you can jump off the high rock. Free and fun."
"This was a fun falls to visit right off a county road. There is a pull off and parking space. We got there during a dry time of year but there was the tiniest amount of water. Also the plunge pool was full of water and was very photogenic. This was a few miles from our RV site at Waveland Park."
