"Friendly staff. Quick to ship things."
"The people at this FedEx pickup site are always so nice. I know I've given reviews for this site before but apparently not on this one. I wish the FedEx drivers could figure out just to deliver my stuff here because there is no where to get into my building. And of course they don't follow the delivery instructions which say call me when you are here, they just delay my delivery. Then i can't find on the FedEx app where to tell them to just send it to the Walgreens FedEx when they can't get me at home. When I called them on their 800 number, which was an automated system, that could not fix my problem either. At the end of the call, they asked if I wanted to do a survey. So I hit the eight button so I could do the survey The first question was if they solved my problem, I said no, and they said goodbye. Haha"
