"Had a taste for a burrito figured I come here…First off customer service sucked didn’t feel welcomed at all. The lady taking orders was rude and I barely understood what she was saying. I ordered a Carne asada and shrimp burrito…No flavor or seasoning at ALL, shrimp taste like it was not cooked all the way(taste like they only cooked it for 30seconds) and carne asada was rubbery and chewy. I can’t believe they really charged me an extra $5 for some uncooked shrimp! $16 for a nasty burrito with only meat and pico de gallo. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! I’m from California we have the best burritos with everything in it for $12(meat,rice,beans,sour cream,cheese,pico,salsa) After a few bites that nasty burrito sent me to the bathroom ASAP! I hate wasting money on garbage food!"

"This Roberto's is right around the corner from my house me and my girlfriend go there frequently in order food especially when nothing else is open since they're open 24 hours we always order the same thing me a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream added and her three rolled tacos with cheese and guacamole tonight I talked to Beatrice ordered what we always order the same thing get home my bean and cheese burrito has no sour cream and her three world tacos has no guacamole I call and talk to Beatrice she basically called me a liar and said that I didn't ask for guacamole or sour cream and that's why they both didn't have it so I said are you calling me a liar I always order the same thing I wouldn't order it without it cuz we wouldn't eat that without the sour cream or the guacamole I've never been called a liar when someone messes up in customer service and does the order wrong or makes a mistake I just couldn't believe that she's basically calling me a liar didn't apologize did it offer to redo our order and we go there all the time it's just upsetting that she didn't even try to make it right and I was being called a liar that'll be the last time I go there me and my girlfriend which is saddening because it's right around the corner and you guys are open 24 hours!"

"Let me start by saying. I am actually a fan of the Rolberto's food chain. But wow was I disappointed with this location. I went in for lunch on a Wednesday and ordered a shredded Chicken Burrito (which I have ordered many times at other locations) and it was the greasiest, soggiest burrito I have ever had here. The burrito pretty much fell apart instantly and was literally leaking grease and broth. It made the whole lunch super uncomfortable. Also the condiments are usually fresh at these restaurants but the limes here looked like they were weeks old. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. "Ordered the cheese enchilada plate and when i got my food, it was just a handful of cheddar cheese stuffed in a tortilla. The cheese wasnt melted or cooked, just cold cheddar cheese. I used uber eats so i couldnt bring it back. I called and all the guy said was “oh i dont know”"
