"I seriously don’t know where to start! We got greeted right away, the wait time communicated was on point. Angel our server was patient as we read the new menu and Selam served us the most amazing drinks each time! This team is amazing and I am not surprised knowing Kristine is the main manager, not only was she concerned if our food was tasting good but if we needed any changes, which we did, there’s was no hesitation and it was solved right away! We will definitely come back soon and recommend this location to everyone!"

"Me and my two girls went there today for lunch. I ordered the steak plus coffee, little one ordered the kiddie pizza and my 12 yr old ordered oriental salad. While waiting, the couple who came in after us got their food first (chicken salad) and their alcohol. I did not complain. Then my little one got hers, I got my steak and they forgot my oldest's salad. I was done with the steak, little one only got last slice of pizza left before the salad came. Maaaaan, it was 30%lettuce, 10%chicken and 70%CRISPY NOODLES! My daughter could not even take anymore bites after the first two. Ari the server did not even check my daughter's food. My coffee took forever to arrive also. Place wasn't even busy that time we came. Lots of empty seats! I normally ignore this when it is busy but it wasn't. We took the leftover home (photo). Smh... Our server was ARI."

"Came during lunch hour on Veterans Day, and it was packed. Food was, eh... bland, nothing too exciting. Our server was probably one of the worst servers we've had, and on Veterans Day!! I wish I could remember her name, but she was an older lady with short hair. I could definitely point her out if we saw her again. While we were ordering, my husband asked to have his one of his food items on a different plate due to a dietary reason, and I kid you not- you would have thought we insulted her. She sighed, caught a WHOLE attitude, rolled her eyes, gestured her hand up, and tapped the table (kind of like what you do when you lose a game), Mumble complained to herself I WISH I WAS BEING DRAMATIC because it was mind-boggling. We apologized before, during, and after her fit because we were not aware that she had to "redo" the order just to have one of his side dishes on a separate plate. It gets better. The people behind us had actually confronted her about her attitude because she did the same thing with them!! They had requested something for their food, and she had her fit. They had asked if she was upset at them for it because of the way she reacted, and her response was that she was just tired. They then told her that she didn't look well and that she should go home. After that confrontation, the servers attitude somewhat got better. BUT, guess what... my husband's side dish wasn't even on a separate plate like we had asked. We decided to just take the food to go and leave. Who knows what would have happened if we told her and sent the plate back. We're never going back to this location. Customers, let alone veterans, should never have to feel anxious and scared to ask their waiter for accommodations for a dietary reason. Ridiculous. Take your money and eat somewhere else!!"

"2.2 start Don't expect much from Applebee's but wow ask steak med rare come out very rare very cold center. Got tender mac and cheese and noodles were mush. Broccoli was worse than the bags you steam in the microwave .got 2 stars due to the dollar margaritas."
