"I was treated to breakfast the other morning at the Cottonwood Station in Diamond, NV. This little Jem of a restaurant is off the beaten path, but not to hard to find. A beautiful, quaint & cozy dining area awaits you. They have a meal board up at the register on the day’s offerings. You then place your drink & meal order then head towards seat. You seat your self at one of their tables & the pleasant wait staff will bring out you drinks first. I order a chocolate mocha which was absolutely delicious. My breakfast plates was out to me soon after, perfectly prepared & scrumptious. I saw that they also offered pastries & decided on a cinnamon roll that is made fresh, it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my dining experience here, the food & atmosphere were perfect way to start my day. I fully recommend that you give this place a visit."

"It was hidden jewelry of Red Rock National Park. It's a modern cafe surrounded by nature. Also, so delicious food and coffee. I think the owner cares about the food. I ordered Margarita pizza - thin-crust ( awesome ) Cauliflower bites - not crunch but yummy Pesto chicken sandwich - awesome Short rib sandwich - the great taste of beef The Sandwich came with a small portion of salad with pink dressing - good Regular Coffee - not strong which I wanted it It was pleasing to eat with my family."

"Awesome little place in a little town after being in the canyon all day. Restaurant had a cozy feeling to it and the staff were very friendly. I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I decided to order a pizza with pepperoni and bacon along with garlic parmesan wings. After dinner I had a peanut butter brownie and cappuccino to go."

"Definitely add this to your list of places to stop at when our in the Red Rick area. Blue diamond is a little hidden town most drive right by. This little restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was great. It was a little pricey but seems like everything is right now. The food did not disappoint. They have a bar too with lots of drink options. The peanut butter brownie was delicious too. The atmosphere was fun and peaceful. Love the thin crust pizza and the fig pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back."
