"Stopped here on the way to the Bass Reeves monument. This very small park has a bronze statue of General William O. Darby. The first leader and commamding officer of the Army Rangers. He, along with 500 men tha he trained became the first rangers. Not often do you see a General on a motorcycle. This park is on Garrison Ave in Fort Smith Arkansas."
