"My husband had the elk. It was delicious. Old fashion steak house that gives you warm bread and a nice salad with homemade dressing. The cocktail list was fun with great drinks! Service was excellent"

"I was in Lone Pine solo for trip back to Reno where i am currently living. I have stopped here a few times previously and never disappointed. I ate in bar tonight for first time on Feb 27, 2024. Clifton was bartender, a wonderful person. Had the Mexican Martini, and was so wonderful. I always get he trout, which was perfection. Salad and bread were delish also. Had a wonderful time chatting with bartender and locals. I can’t say enough about the service and outstanding food at this restaurant in a remote town. LOVE IT!"

"Went for a nightcap with the hubby. This place was fantastic. The dinner options were made for Fine Dinning. The bar has its separate room for more rowdy conversations. The drinks are specialized, the wine is selective. It's a must go place. Wish I had pictures to share!"

"This family-run business is doing it right. Food is bistro style, but ample portions, very fresh, and cooked perfectly. Service is excellent, and it's crowded on weekends. I don't want to give less than 5 stars but there is room for improvement in terms of the lighting and interior style: it's too bright, and it could use a paint job."

"We came here after climbing Mt. Whitney (showered first in Airbnb). We were served warm bread and cold packets of butter soon after being seated. House salad had no frills; nice to eat real vegetables after processed snacks on the trail. Rainbow trout was superb."
