Mike helped me coordinate all of our transportation needs and was wonderful to work with. Jake was our driver and he was so incredibly kind and professional! They went above and beyond- even getting off the bus to help my aunt get off and on. All of our guests were commenting on how impressed they were. Everything went so smoothly and they didn’t miss a single detail. Wedding days are crazy and go by so quickly- it was very helpful to not have to think or worry about any of our transportation for the wedding :) I would definitely recommend Northfield lines and will use them for any future transportation needs!"

"In my experience it’s impossible to reach their customer service. I once missed my bus due to a delayed train ride and called multiple times to reuse the ticket but the phone just kept ringing. I even emailed them but I never got a response. It’s been 3 months now. Another time I scheduled a return ticket and the bus never showed up. I was stranded and had to use an uber. I called and emailed and no one ever got back to me. So I don’t recommend."
