"DHL Customer Service is non-existent. If your items are not delivered, delayed or are missing you will spend fruitless hours trying to get an answer. All 'Customer Service' is online and their online details are not updated so good luck figuring out your delivery."
"The worst ever! They called me just 1 second and hang up. They didn't even left a note in the door the first time. The second time. They just drove passed my apartment. I ran after them, they didn't care and just leave. The people that work for DHL are so freaking lazy to do their job! I was at home the whole day and I even told them to leave the package at the door. You cannot make excuses that I wasn't home. DHL is the worst business shipping in the world."
"DHL sent my packages from Minnesota to Switzerland.. and then lost them. They were supposed to stay in Minnesota. They have done similar things 3 times this month. This mistake cost us over $2k!!! .... and DHL doesnt care even a little. We cant even get our outrageous expedited shipping fee back!! DHL is the worst shipping business in the world. Dont use them... they could ruin your life too."
"I've been trying to get a package out for two days. First time a van was sent when a semi should have been. Dispatch called me to tell me the van driver was here at 1:30 pm. Van driver had no hand truck or way to secure my box once on the truck. Pick up was rescheduled for later with a semi. Semi driver came by at 3:15 pm. Did not have dispatch call, did not get out of the truck and come to my door despite my car being parked in the driveway. Claimed the package was not present and left. The unit was in the garage. NOTE: I'm not leaving a $2000 AC unit in the driveway where its unprotected for the weather and trust that it was picked up with all the correct paperwork to send it through customs. Called early today and requested another pickup...with a request to call me. I was told that the driver may not have a cell to call me. I told scheduler someone would be waiting. I waited ALL day. No phone, email or contact. When I called at 4:30 to see if they were still coming by to pick up the unit I was told the driver AGAIN did a drive by and that there were no notes to tell them we were here. We'll see if they pick it up tomorrow..."
"I ordered some glasses through glasses USA.com, and they shipped them through DHL global. First of all: they received my package on Tuesday, as per their own tracking system. It took until FRIDAY to get any kind of tracking (which, by the way, any other shipping company, sending me a package from within the continental US like this one would’ve already had my package to me by that point) at that point I noticed that not only was the tracking info insanely late and still not up to date to boot, but they dates and days of the week don’t match. For instance my most current update is for “Saturday June 7, 2020.” That’s not a date that exists. Saturday, yesterday, was the sixth. I know this because I had my wedding dress appointment yesterday and I checked the calendar like a billion times. Either way, the tracking has been unacceptably slow, my package is unacceptably late, and I can’t even tell when the last update is from because apparently no one at DHL knows What day it is. If you want happy customers, don’t ship with DHL."
